She is survived by: her children, Carl Douglas Cardin Jr. and Chasidy Noel (Joey); her siblings, Jenny Williams, Linda Moore (Gary), Tammy Kline (George), Mike Bellew (Debbie) and Ken Bellew (Carla); and her grandchildren, Kevin Noel, Jordan Noel, Brooke Cardin, Kendra Henry (Kevin), Laura Reece (Kenyon), Emily Cardin and Dustin Cardin. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
