She was predeceased by : her mother Leona Philips Key of Washington; her husband Hoyce Bailey; and her granddaughter Amy Trammel. She is survived by : her daughters, Barbara Moses and Kathy Trammel (Harold); and her grandchildren, Christiana Liddle (Bart), James Moses (Jessica) and Carlin Trammel (Janay). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
