She is survived by : her children, Charles Douglas Jr. McCullough (Cheryl) of Lawrenceville, GA, Stephen Scott McCullough of Tampa, FL and Pamela M. Mosley of Thompson's Station, TN.; her granddaughters, Jaime McCullough Boltin of Atlanta, GA and Taylor Jarvis (Wes) of Huntsville, AL.; her great grandchildren, Brooks Boltin of Atlanta, GA and Jack Jarvis of Huntsville, AL; and her sister Charlotte Parnell Patterson of Destin, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
