He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Ethel Garner Veach; his children, Beverly Veach Tomlin and Logan Lee Veach, Jr.; and his grandson Elijah Alexander Veach. He is survived by : his son-in-law Billy M. "Bunkin" Tomlin; his grandchildren, Logan Lee Veach III, Kimberly Anderson (Archie), Cammie Harper (J. R. Neal) and Audrey Meeks (Brad); his grandson-in-law Raymond Harper; his great grandchildren, Clint Bagsby, Sophia Veach, Gunner, Brayden, Ruston, Everly Nicole Meeks and Justin Neal; and his sisters, Mattie Sue Owen (Jimmy) and Dellie Mangrum.
