He is survived by : his wife Linda Welch; his siblings, Sherry Gulley (Clayton) and Richard Welch Rodney Welch (Katrina); his nieces and nephews, Dustin Welch, Whitley Nicely, Chasity Gulley and Tyler Gulley; and his great-nephew Riot Welch. He is also survived by other loving friends and relatives.
