He is survived by: his wife Jane Mayfield; his children, Amy Elizabeth Chambers (Jason) of Marietta, GA and Matthew Mayfield (Brandie) of Oakland; his grandchildren, Kylie and Lilah Chambers; and his brother Miles Mayfield (Sheila) of Toone.
