He was predeceased by: his spouse Ora Mae Chatman. He is survived by: his daughter Jo Ann Henry (Terry) of Lewisburg, TN; his granddaughter Abby Henry; and his daughter Susie Tomlin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
