He is survived by: his wife Quanetta Sanford Webb; his children, Randall Webb (Shelly) of Union City, Allen Webb (Heather) of Trimble, Tennessee, Shana McAlpin (Bobby Collier) of Mason Hall and Tammy Langley (Ricky) of Ripley, Tennessee; and his sister Cathy Kilburn (Jerry) of Rutherford. He is also survived by "PaPa" to his five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
