She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John A. Forsyth; her father Billy Colsher Hobbs; her mother-in-law Ruth A. Forsyth; her brothers-in-law, Bruce Sisk and Anthony Lowhorn; her nephew-in-law Mike Nix; her mother Ruby Hobbs of Tullahoma; her children, Dylan Forsyth (Monica), Lacey Forsyth of Nashville and Alyson Forsyth (Andrew Caldwell) of Tullahoma; her grandson Nathanael Forsyth; her sisters, Linda Sisk of Tullahoma and Ivy Lowhorn of Estill Springs; her nieces, Susie Rambo (Mark) of Tullahoma and Stacey Nix of Tullahoma; her children, Nathan, Honey, Addy Burt and Wyatt Smith; and her pets, Capone, Knox and Lady.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Tullahoma Animal Shelter or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
