He is survived by: his wife Bertha Reynolds Smith Monin; his children, Donna Monin Davis (Kirby) and Carl Allen Monin (Shannon); his stepchildren, Pam Martin, Vickie Fulmer and Bo Smith (Vickie); his sister Jean Cooke (Burt); his grandchildren, Jennifer Hervey (Mike), Stephanie Davis, Allie, Abbie, Will and Chloe Monin; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Mae Hervey and Grayson Michael Hervey.
