She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Shipp and Ruby Grace Richardson Shipp; her sister Mary Jane Shipp; her father-in-law Melvin; and her sister-in-law Janice Shipp.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Chandler of Winchester; her brother Ray Shipp of Woodbury; her sibling's children, Amy Parton (Phillip) of Woodbury and Kevin Shipp (Tisha) of Woodbury; her great-niece Ally; her nephew Jacob Parton; and her pet Ladybug.
