She was predeceased by: her parent William McNeil; and her husband John William Barlow. She is survived by: her parent Josephine McNeil; her daughters, Michelle Love (Mark), Vonda Jennette (David), Shannon Lester and Joy Turner (Jamie); and her brother Billy McNeil (Cindy). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Manchester Funeral Home.
