He is survived by: his sister Laura Hendrix (Wesley) of Tullahoma; his aunts, Janette Keblesh of Canton, Paula Moffat of Canton, Dolly Moffat of Canton and Brenda Elliott of Tullahoma; his cousins, Shay, Kaylee and Michael Moffat; his uncle Hubert Robertson (Sheila) of Lynchburg; the mother of his children Jennifer Lewis of Tullahoma; and his children, MaKayla Sorrells Moffat, Jaxxon Moffat and Elizabeth Lewis.
