She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Loechner and Mildred Litchenberger Kieck; her husband Harold B. Ramsey Sr; and her sister Joyce Scarborough. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Kelly (Michelle) of Fairfax, VA, Christopher Ramsey (Mandy) of Goldsboro, NC, Harold B. Ramsey Jr. (Tiffany) of Groveland, FL, Debbie Millman (Mark) of Madison, WI, Kathy Sanchez (Gilberto) of Tullahoma, Tammy Cyr (Ray) of Tullahoma, Debra Sprung of Paisley, FL, Linda Thomas (Bill) of Altamonte Springs, FL, Cheryl Causey of Osteen, FL and Dawn Goss (Marcus) of Altamonte Springs, FL; and her siblings, Vincent Loechner (Debbie) of Forked River, NJ and Carol Richter of Whiting, NJ. She is also survived by thirty three grandchildren and twenty nine great grandchildren.
