She is survived by: her children, Beth Hawkins of Hixson and Forrest Henry McCullough II (Amanda) of Tullahoma, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Zachary Hawkins, Lindsey Bosley (Eric), Forrest Henry McCullough III (Carrie) and Clint McCullough; her great grandchildren, Maddux Bosley and Barrett McCullough; her siblings, Jerry Ledford, Joye Bock and Hazel Liner; and her siblings' children, Wayne Ledford (Stephanie), Kenny Ledford (Shelby), Terry Jenkins (Mike), Leesa Hubbard (Dan), Jon Jernigan (Angie), Marleeta Yardumian (Don), Randall Liner (Nettie) and Joshua Liner.
