He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ralph Simmons Sr. and Edna Davis Simmons; his sister Shirley Fuller; and his son-in-law David Cizunas. He is survived by: his wife Betty Simmons; his daughters, Linda Cizunas, Nancy Labeots (John) and Laura Sue Lambert (Chris); his grandchildren, Danny Cizunas (Jillian), Katie Burt (Kyle), Joe Labeots (Fallon) and Rianna Lambert; and his great grandchildren, Aurek, Caulder and Kody.
