He is survived by: his children, John Sullivan, Jr. (Lindsey) of Tullahoma, TN. and Rachel Philpott (Michael) of Decherd, TN.; and his stepchildren, Jason Kent of Winchester, TN. and Jennifer Moss (Jeremy) of Cleveland, TN.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
