She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Dale O. Hunter, Sr.; her parents, John Vincent Alexander and Ora Weaver Alexander; her sisters, Betty Jane Alexander and Marie Alexander Cowie; and her brother-in-law John Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Dale O. Hunter, Jr. (Allie), Karen Hunter Wells (Rick) and Jane Hunter Eggleston (Vincent); her grandchildren, Stacy Eggleston McWhorter (Brandon) and Leslie Eggleston (Erin); her great grandchildren, Barrett, Christian, Bella and Brooklyn; and her siblings, Bob Alexander (Betty), Wayne Alexander (Jeannie) and Johnnie Alexander.
