She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Elizabeth Smith; her siblings, William Smith, Michael Smith and Bonnie Smith; and her daughter Jennifer Parks Rottenberger.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Parks; her sons, Bubba Parks (Brittany), Jeff Parks (Heather) and Timmy Parks (Whitney); her grandchildren, Tyler Parks, Daniel Parks (Amie), Bradley Parks, Josh Parks, Ashlee Parks and Beth Bowers; her great grandchildren, Olivia Parks, Skyler Parks and Bella Park; and her sisters, Vickie Hill (Kenny) and Brenda Vaugh (Keith). She is also survived by children, but at various times in her life, she helped raise or raised a slew of cousins and her own granddaughter after the untimely death of my sister.
