She is survived by: her husband Lewis Nelms, Sr. of Tullahoma; her stepchildren, Randy Nelms (Leigh Anne) of Franklin, Richard Duke (Wendy) of Manchester and Janice Michel (Jarrett) of Ft. Worth, Texas; and her stepgrandchildren, Mitchell Lewis Nelms, Jordan Lee Nelms, Christian Michel, Jabron Michel and Lynn Duke. She is also survived by two step great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
