He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry W. Bass and Carolyn Reid Bass; and his brother Michael Wayne Bass. He is survived by: his wife Mikaela Bass of Vicenza, Italy; his sons, Jonathan Wayne Bass (Anna Piano Bass) of Fort Gordon and Shane Mark Bass of Vicenza, Italy; his brother Thomas Scott Bass of Dalzell; and his grandson William Wayne Bass.
