He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Fuller and Pauline Jones Fuller; his son Franklin Delanoe Roosevelt Prater Jr.; and his brother Verlon Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Gracie Ann Culver Fuller of Tullahoma; his children, James Wesley Prater (Stacey) of Normandy, Jon Joseph Fuller (Deborah) of Summrall, MS, Brenda Louise Bivins (Danny) of Manchester and Deborah Kaye Fuller of Murfreesboro; his sister Sandra Cossey of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Jeremy Bivins (Aurora) of Knoxville, Brittany Bivins of Kauai, HI, Bryant Prater (Katie) of Normandy, James Fuller (Amanda) of Winchester, Tiffany Scalf of Manchester and Natasha Garbe (Mike) of Marshfield, WI; and his great grandchildren, Jack Fuller, Everly Rose Garbe and Adalynn Scalf.
