He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gary Bell, Jason Bell and Jennifer Bell; his grandparents, James Riddle, Mursey Riddle, Thorton Bell and Maudie Bell; and his niece Tammy Finchum.
He is survived by: his parents, Thornton Bell of Tullahoma and Velma Riddle of Tullahoma; his children, Samuel Harrison Bell of Virginia and Hannah LeeAnn Bell of Virginia; and his siblings, Ronald Bell (Vivian) of Tullahoma, Jeffery Bell (Tammy) of Tullahoma, Kathy Finchum (Danny) of Lynchburg and Judy Stephens (Lyndon) of Lynchburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
