He was predeceased by: his father Richard Garner, Sr.; and his grandson Michael Lee Garner II. He is survived by: his mother Lucy Garner; his children, Sherry Wilson (Dick), Michael Garner (Jeanette), Christopher Garner (Lisa) and Nicholas Garner; and his sister Linda Fuchs (Keith). He is also survived by seven loving grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
