He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Grady Mines and Rachel Turner Mines; and his brothers, Willis, Larry, Johnny and Jeff Mines.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Dodd (Kenneth) of Hillsboro, Gail Austin (Lonnie) of Tullahoma, Patsy Newman of Hillsboro, Becky Chambers (Roger) of Lynchburg, Melissa Humphries (Mark) of Tullahoma, Ray Mines of Tullahoma and Mike Mines, Sr. of Tullahoma.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made in his memory to Hickerson Station Church of Christ at 4566 Old Manchester Hwy., Manchester, TN 37355.
