He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Lee Fulton and Sally Nell Rust Fulton; his daughter Kimberly Fulton; his siblings, Mary Tucker, Bobbie Fairchild, Betty Pruitt, Ruby Hazel and Johnny Fulton; his children, Jerome Fulton, Josh Fulton, Sonya Brown, Marcie Cantrell, Amber Fulton, Katy Bonner and Estill Springs; and his siblings, Thomas Fulton, Kenneth Fulton and Patricia Hack. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
