He was predeceased by: his parents, John Everett and Florence Cory Dollard; and his brother William Dollard. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Plageman Dollard; and his children, Debbie Mace (Mark), JoJo Davis (Terry), Kelly Davis, Robin Ford (Brent), Sandra Estes and Dean Neevel. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made in his honor to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorials Processing, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
