He is survived by: his wife Anne Williams Pendergrass; his children, Tammy Howard (Curtis) of Decherd and Stacy Mosley (Angel) of Winchester; his siblings, Dennis Pendergrass (Mary) of Franklin, David Pendergrass (Barbara) of Shelbyville and Sue Longmire of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Curtis Howard Jr, Matthew Howard, Dillon Howard, Destiny Mosley, Anna Mosley, Stacy Mosley, Mark Zimmer, Doug Justice, Paul Justice, Erica Gilliam, Drake Rhoton and Drew Rhoton; and his great grandchildren, Kaidence Woods and Kendal Gilliam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
