He was predeceased by: his parents, Erlene Jeffery and Way Joe Jeffery. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Jeffery Taylor (Greg), Glenda Jeffery Vannorman (Theodore), Tommy Jeffery, Jr. (Misty) and Ronald Jeffery (Jeanette); his grandchildren, Keith Thompson, Tyler Mason, Victoria Jeffery (Carl Perkins), Blake Dotson, Spencer Jeffery, Kierston Jeffery, Morgan Jeffery and Zoey Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Zion Jeffery, Zeyrin Perkins and Zemerie Perkins.
