He is survived by: his wife Debra Patterson; his son Tony Patterson (Angela); his granddaughters, Taylor and Ella Patterson; his sister Barbara Boydston of Liberty, MO; and his sibling's children, Terry Minck of Kansas, MO and Dawn Minck of Gladston, MO..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made in Warren's name to the Tullahoma Animal Shelter.
