He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Kail of Alamo, Carolyn Cheatham of Union City and Diane Cheatham of Union City; his grandchildren, Blake Cheatham (Aimee), LeAnn Cheatham, Whitney Craig (Hilton), Jason Kail (Kristina) and Justin Kail (Renee Cobb); his great grandchildren, Coleman Cheatham, MadiKate Cheatham, Case Dorton, Meredith Dorton, Mavree Craig, George Craig, Madeline Kail and Kloie Kail; his sisters, Norma Jean Downing (Daniel) and Patsy Crum (George); his daughter-in-law Wanda Cheatham; and his close friend Betty Fitz.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38281). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
