She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Roy Strange and Eunice "Inez" Mink Strange; her husband George "Gary" Francis; and her brother Donald Ray Strange. She is survived by: her children, Teri Francis Prather (James) of Union City, Dawn Francis Murphy (Greg) of Fredericksburg, VA and Robin Francis of Union City; her grandchildren, Shannon Rogers, Kyle L. Meek, Jessica LaPorte, Mary Beth Vise, Jacob Prather, Aja Francis, Megan Papaleo and Peyton Vuolo; her great grandchildren, Ethan Roger, Weston Vise, Blaire Vuolo, Camila Papaleo, Jamey Rogers and Jacey Rogers; her great great grandchild Sebastian Scott; and her siblings, Chester Strange of Wynne, AR and Catherine Finley of Jonesboro, AR. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38281). A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Obion County Memorial Gardens (3939 Ken Tenn Hwy, Union City, TN 38261).
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home or First Baptist Church in Union City.
