She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Roy Strange and Eunice "Inez" Mink Strange; her husband George "Gary" Francis; and her brother Donald Ray Strange. She is survived by: her children, Teri Francis Prather (James) of Union City, Dawn Francis Murphy (Greg) of Fredericksburg, VA and Robin Francis of Union City; her grandchildren, Shannon Rogers, Kyle L. Meek, Jessica LaPorte, Mary Beth Vise, Jacob Prather, Aja Francis, Megan Papaleo and Peyton Vuolo; her great grandchildren, Ethan Roger, Weston Vise, Blaire Vuolo, Camila Papaleo, Jamey Rogers and Jacey Rogers; her great great grandchild Sebastian Scott; and her siblings, Chester Strange of Wynne, AR and Catherine Finley of Jonesboro, AR. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home or First Baptist Church in Union City.
