Ballinger of Unionville, Tennessee, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles A. Ballinger and Myrna Garner Ballinger; his son Jeremy Ballinger; and his grandson Derrick Ballinger. He is survived by : his wife Lola Dianne Cox Ballinger; his sons, Matthew Ballinger (Erin) and Anthony "Tony" Ballinger (Stephanie) of Unionville; his grandchildren, William, Justin, Alexus, Devlin Ballinger and Logan Carpenter; his great grandchildren, Rayden, Carson and Sophie; and his siblings, Connie Hatten (Bill) and Mark Ballinger (Teressa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
