He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ellis and Ollie Berry Balentine. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Balentine; his children, Mandy Balentine Frankel (Matthew) and Joshua Balentine; his sisters, Margaret Bryant, Sue Bogus and Mary O'Bryant Robinson; and his grandchildren, Lucas Frankel, Olivia Frankel, Abbigial Balentine, Ashton Balentine and Angela Clinton.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Masonic Charity Lodge #370 of Cumberland City.
