He is survived by: his children, Grayson Tebout, Daemin Dial and Hazel Tebout; his mother Kelly McCollum (Richard) of Vanleer; his siblings, Sean Fountain, Keara Fountain and Keyona Fountain; and his grandfather Fred Acker. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
