With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Hughes of Wartburg, Tennessee, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Thomas and Dorothy Spangenberg Hughes. He is survived by : his wife Diane Scharl Hughes; his sons, Jacob Thomas (Victoria Hughes) of New Jersey and Ian Joseph Hughes of New Jersey; his sister Rita; his brother-in-law Greg Stevens of Pennsylvania; and his nieces, Julia Pasquale and Kate Sammler.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Association or to the Brannon-Kreis American Legion Post 149.
