He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert Thompson and Ricky Thompson. He is survived by: his parents, George Thompson and Charlotte Thompson (Kline); his wife Katherine Thompson; his siblings, George Thompson, Jr., Laura Warren (Don) and Becky Hoselton (Alvin); and his nieces and nephews, Shaun Thompson, Angela Hoselton, Alvin Hoselton, Jr., Tyler Warren (Misty), Kristen Thompson, Ashely Thompson, Bryan Thompson and Lucas Thompson. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Watson Funeral Home & Memorial Park (405 Sharp Springs Rd, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
