It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Percy Maxwell Carter of Wartrace, Tennessee, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Carter and Edith Young Carter. He is survived by : his wife Catherine Biles Carter; his sons, Conan Carter (Jamie) of Wartrace and Christopher Carter (Kelley) of Wartrace; and his grandchildren, Catherann, Kristen, Michaela and April.
