She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Thompson and Thelma Jewel McGee Thompson; and her son Steven Turnbo. She is survived by: her children, Susan McClanahan of Columbia, TN and David Turnbo of Florence, AL; her siblings, Danny Thompson (Susie), Mark Thompson (Patti), Eddie Thompson (Margaret) and Phyllis Parkes (Russell); and her grandchildren, Christopher McClanahan, Kailey Turnbo and Nathan Turnbo.
