He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Brewer Franks; his children, Bradley Ray Franks, Hannah Sellards (Conrad) and Heather Franks; his mother Mary Ellen Dicus Franks of Waynesboro, TN.; his sisters, Debbie Curtis (Jarvis) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Teresa Bell (Ricky) of Burns, TN.; his parents-in-law, Edward and Joyce Brewer; and his sister-in-law Regina Brewer of Waynesboro, TN.
The family requires that everyone in attendance wear a mask and practice physical distancing.
