He was predeceased by : his parents, H. C. Swindle and Anna Lois Tuttle Swindle; and his sister Wilma Harrison. He is survived by : his wife Anita Stinson Swindle; his children, Jody Swindle (Lisa), Susie Thompson (Richard "Rat") and Angela Swindle (Ricky Gross, Jr.); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Ashley Swindle, Steven, Christian, Abby, Olivia Reed and Noah Thompson; his brothers, Terry Swindle (Lori) and Wayne Swindle (Descheryle); and his pet Zoey.
