She is survived by: her mother Debbie Jean Cogdill Forrest of White Bluff, TN; her grandmother Bobbye Jean Cogdill of Dickson, TN; her brother Todd Forrest (Rachel) of White Bluff, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Patrick, Zachary, Hannah Forrest of White Bluff, TN, Joyce Green of Dickson, TN and Faye Miller (Sonny).
