She is survived by : her children, DeWayne O'Neil Choate of Arkansas, William Spicer of California and Tina Michelle Parker of White Bluff, TN; her siblings, Robert Lee Spicer of Bon Aqua, TN, Billy Ray Spicer (Mincha) of Clarksville, TN and Patricia Ann Smithson of White Bluff, TN; and her grandchildren, Allison, Maliah and Ryan.
