He was predeceased by : his parents, Percy Griffin and Angie Mary Fogus Griffin. He is survived by : his wife Judy Spann Griffin; his children, Chuck Griffin (Trina) and Alma Ruth Edwards (Michael); his siblings, James P., Jean Corlew, Spencer Griffin and Stanley Griffin (Elaine); and his grandchildren, Davis Griffin, Alex Edwards, Drake Griffin and Eli Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
