It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Joyce McNeil of White Bluff, Tennessee, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Frank Wilkerson and Goldie Mae Owens Wilkerson; her brothers, Carl Wilkerson and Wayne Wilkerson; and her brother-in-law Tom Hall.
She is survived by : her husband James "Mack" McNeil; her children, Nicky McNeil (Lisa) and Melissa Brown (Donald); her grandchildren, Brett Cathey, Ryne McNeil, Natalie Brown, Nathan Brown and Eian Brown; her sister Jo Ann McWilliams; her brother-in-law Carl Gilbert; her nieces and nephews, Scott Hall, Jeff Wilkerson, Robin Russell, Tina Kelly, Holly Semmes, Sherry Spears, Lori Hardin and Vicky Russell; her friend Thomas Galya; and her pet Miss Kitty. She is also survived by cousins and family members, friend.
