He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Perdue Perry; his parents, Euell Perry and Lillie Dale Perry; and his siblings, Dick, Stanley, Louise, Maybelle and Christine.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodger Perry (Sherry), Rickey Perry and Donnie Mills; his grandchildren, Jason Perry, Amanda Kowalewski (Paul), Daniel Perry (Cayci) and Alison Tague (Brad); and his great grandchildren, Aiden Perry and Claire Perry.
