He is survived by: his children, Michelle Smith and Tony Montgomery (Laura); his grandchildren, Amber Cole (Blake), Shelby Fuson (Chris), Ryan Montgomery (Bethany), Hailey Montgomery, Misty Dangerfield, Crystal Howell, Chelsea Smith and Britney Smith; and his great grandchildren, Emilia, Asher, Jayden, Jaxon, Aiden, Dallas, Scharlette and Lucas Montgomery.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
