He is survived by: his wife Sandra Fowler; his sons, Craig Fowler (Vicki) and Ryan Fowler (Jacqui); his grandsons, Andrew (McKenzie), James and Justin Fowler; his siblings, Robert Fowler (Sarah), Albert Fowler, Glen Fowler (Diane), Joe Jr Fowler (Connie), Calvin Fowler, Wonita Hodge (John), Deana Duffy and Rita Kaye Rice; and his brothers-in-law, Burl Davis (Barbara), Cleamon Davis (Janie) and Jack Davis (Sharon). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
