He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Waller Sr. and Mary Waller; his son Jerry Donald Waller, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jonathan and Alayna Lancaster.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Waller; his daughters, Michelle Denney (Butch) and Dana Lancaster (Bryan); his daughter-in-law Stacey Wall; his grandchildren, Justin (Randi), Michaela (Jeremiah), Jerica and Paige; his great grandchildren, Declan and Bellamie; and his brother Randy Waller (Vicki).
