Though Ben may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice Bowlin; his parents, Jesse James and Dorie Helton Manis; and his daughters, Barbara Manis and Lisa Parrott.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Manis of Surgoinsville, Bill Manis (Lori Ann Davis) of Whitesburg and Michael Manis of Rogersville; and his siblings, Bonnie Nichols of Eidson, Laura Manning of Sneedville and Paul Manis of Eidson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Broome Funeral Home (513 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Manis Cemetery.
